Design review before installation
Every alarm design we build is reviewed in-house before anyone picks up a tool. The expensive faults we get called to fix on other people’s systems are almost always design faults — wrong detector type for the environment, coverage that ignores how air moves, a loop with no headroom to extend.

Alterations trigger more than you expect
A fit-out or change of use usually means new or modified detection, hold-open devices, signage and separations, and a compliance schedule amendment. Worth scoping early rather than discovering at code compliance.

Prequalification

What each of those required - 04
We work on live sites
Our largest current programme is a full site fire system upgrade across an operating hotel, casino and observation tower precinct. Sequencing around occupancy is normal for us rather than an exception.
