Using this website

The information on this site — particularly the compliance guides — is written to be accurate and is checked against the legislation, with the date of that check published on each page.

It is general information about how the rules work. It is not legal advice about your building. Your compliance schedule is the document that determines your specific obligations, and where the two differ, your compliance schedule and the legislation govern.

Quotes

A quote we give you is what you pay. If something changes — and on remedial work it sometimes does, because you cannot always see the full extent of a fault until you open something up — we consult you before it changes, not on the invoice.

None of our contracts carry a lock-in period.
